BBQ Miso Chicken

great dish and very easy to make..i made it with ground turkey, cut the heavy cream and butter by half, and increased the amount of sherry...turned out yummy...my husband loved it...we'll definitely be having this again!

Chicken Breasts Pierre

this is a great recipe...my boyfriend normally doesn't eat tomatoes and he actually ate all of them!...this is a fast recipe b/c most of the time consists of just letting it simmer..i took other people's advice and (1) used less butter, (2) used red wine for water, (3) used red wine vinegar for balsamic, (4) added veggies, and (5) doubled the sauce...i'll definitely make this one again!!...thanks, nancy! =)

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

GREAT chicken recipe...just a few things--(1) cut the amt of bread crumbs you use or else you will end up with a lot left over, like me...(2) watch the chicken carefully when you saute it b/c i ended up with chicken that was a little too brown in some places...lucky for me i like it that way though...but overall, it's excellent, especially over some noodles...thanks, alicia! =)

Banana Sour Cream Bread

my co-workers and family all loved this bread...i've tried it with chocolate chips, walnuts and just plain...all are delicious!!...one tidbit though--it took me longer than 1 hour to make sure that my toothpick came out clean, so be patient...it's worth it!
