Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

Easy and very tasty! I didn't have fresh basil and substituted dried (1 tsp per 1 tbsp fresh) and it was great.

Oh my! It smelled both smokey and like vinegar and the taste was terrible. All I can think is that the smoke flavor brand might make a difference since another rater mentioned the strong smoke flavor.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

I've made this several times and our family really enjoys it. The meat is very tender. I did go back to sour cream instead of cream cheese as it is difficult to get the cream cheese to blend in smoothly. I always end up with specks of cheese throughout the stroganoff. I added 3/4 cup of sour cream and it was delicious!

Creamy Chicken and Rice Soup

Delicious! It is very thick and you can certainly thin it with milk if you like. Adding garlic, as others suggested, really made it great. Thanks for a great recipe!

Skinny Scalloped Potatoes

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

In our family we call this "company good", ie great for serving to guests. I, too, left out the dredging in flour. The chicken was flavorful and moist and the sauce was wonderful. Importantly, it's made from ingredients I often have on hand.

Fruity Pork Chops

The pork chops were tender but kind of tasteless and the fruit turned to mush. It was quite sweet and I wouldn't liked more of a savory flavor.

Mondi's Super Simple Chicken

This recipe was easy and tasty. I used boneless chicken breasts, on olive oil and lemon juice, baked 40 minutes and broiled a bit at the end to brown the meat a bit. I'll definitely make it again. Thanks!
