French Short Pastry
I truly love this recipe and am now converted to make my own pie crusts and not use pre-made dough! This method is almost as easy, less expensive and so much better!!! I make it using coconut oil instead of butter...wonderful!!

Coconut Poke Cake
This is wonderful but I do think there is an error with this recipe. I think it should be coconut milk with sweetened condensed milk OR cream of coconut. Coconut milk is found with the Asian food section and is unsweetened. Cream of coconut is found in liquor stores and used to make PiƱa Coladas. It is very sweet on its own!! I made mine mixing 14oz of sweetened condensed milk and the unsweetened coconut milk! Perfect!!! Had quite a bit of milk left over too...can't imagine 16 oz of each.

Cinnamon-Sugar Popcorn
Nothing like watching classic Christmas movies with a big bowl of Cinnamon popcorn...but I think it really needs equal parts sugar and butter so that the topping can pour and not turn into a gloppy mess. My old recipe was equal parts. I use 1/2 c. butter and 1/2 c. sugar for 3/4 to 1 cup of unpopped popcorn kernels...perfection!
