Food Processor Chocolate Whipped Cream Frosting

Broccoli and Noodles Supreme

I have to admit that I am a bit of an ingredient snob, so cooking something with condensed soup in the ingredients would not normally be my thing. That being said I really liked this recipe. I added a bit more broccoli & pepper, other than that I stuck with the recipe. Thanks for a quick & easy dinner.

Neat Sloppy Joes

As a disclaimer, I have never made Sloppy Joes before. That being said, my family enjoyed this recipe. I only made 22 minor changes, I used half turkey & half ground beef, and I sauteed the onions & celery before adding them into the mix. Otherwise I stuck to the recipe & it was a crowd pleaser! Thank you.

Spinach Rice Casserole

I used brown rice & cooked it with 2 cloves of garlic on the stove top for 30 minutes before adding the spinach. I also used all chicken stock instead of using the water. Otherwise I followed the recipe & it turned out great.

Artichoke Chicken

I agree that this is a great recipe. Like many others I changed the proportions to half light mayo & half light sour cream, as well as adding some garlic. It was delicious!

Spicy Stuffed Chicken Thighs

I really liked this dish, but I made a lot of modifications. I didn't have any sausage, so I omitted that. Based on other reviews I browned the chicken first & then sauteed the onions & peppers. I also added some celery & garlic and deglazed the pan with a little white wine. I used a 14oz can of diced tomatoes & topped with italian parsley. It turned out great!

Sweet Mustard Chicken Bake

This was yummy! I took the advice of the other reviewers & only used 1 tbsp of butter & reduced the cooking time to 35 minutes. I also added a bag of petite frozen Brussels sprouts. They tasted great in the sauce.

This was different from any rice I have ever made & everyone really liked it. The recipe called for too much butter for my taste, so I reduced it to about 1 tbsp.

Chicken Tikka Masala

I love indian food, but don't typically like to cook it because of all the different ingredients you need. This was easy to make & it was so good. I wasn't able to grill the chicken since it was raining, I am sure that would have made it even better!

Classy Chicken

We really liked this. The sauce was delicious. I doubled the amount of zucchini & served it with soem pasta, but otherwise followed the recipe to a t. I agree that you should double the ingredients for the sauce since it is so good!
