Deviled Eggs - Mexican Devils!

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2013
Good. Next time to suit our tastes because we like it more spicy, I would use all of the jalapeno, more avocado and less mustard. Try the recipe first as is and then make your changes to suit your tastes. Thanks for sharing.

Apple Oatmeal Crisp

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2011
This was an awesome crisp. The only thing I did differently (and this of course is personal preference) is added more apple to help cut the sweetness a little based upon some previous reviews. I increased the apple to 4 - 4 1/2 cups instead of the called 3 but again this is a personal prefernce. I served with Ice cream, everyone loved it! Thanks

Savory Pork Roast

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2010
AWESOME!!! Made recipe as is, the only thing I might change would be to let it marinate in the fridge a little before roasting. I also did take others advice and used a little oil on the roast to make the spices stick.

World's Best Lasagna

Very Good! I made everything as directed but did double up the spices. I also took the advice of others about not boiling the noodles and used the soaking method. AWESOME!!!

Double Caramel-Pecan Cheesecake Bars

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2009
I made this without the pecans or any nut as my hubby doesn't care for them. It was still awesome! I took the advice of others and used the caramel sundae topping instead. Keep in mind that if you have a convection oven, you might want to back a few minutes off the original cooking time. Mine cooked 12 minutes faster. Awesome recipe!!!

I made this for a friend and they loved it (I also snuck a bite) but her family did say they wish that there was slightly more sauce. Would definetely make again.

I love that there is enough dressing without the salad swimming in it. Great recipe!
