Restaurant-Style Zuppa Toscana

I don't usually rate recipes on here, but I have now made this so many times -- to rave reviews and empty bowls -- that I felt it was only fair to rate it (and rate it well!). This dish is easy to make, delicious to eat, and is a staple in my house. I make it exactly as suggested. Love it!

Asparagus Portobello Pasta

I didn't pay close enough attention to the recipe before cooking to realize that the "sauce" in this recipe is actually a bland paste of mashed, canned asparagus. The sauce could be better if mixed into a heavy cream sauce for a better consistency. Won't make again.
