This was fabulous and not as hard as I expected it to be. Read the helpful hints of other reviewers and followed the directions to a T.

Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2007
This is a great condensed milk fudge recipe. I think the addition of the butter makes for a tastier fudge than witout it. I made this with peanut butter chips and milk chocolate chips. It was wonderful.

JELL-O® Chocolate Pudding Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2007
Yum! I didn't have chocolate chips or chocolate pudding. SO I used what I had, banana pudding and white chocolate chips. This combo was very good. You could combine diffent compatible flavor chips and pudding and create your own delishes creation.

Speedy Oven Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2007
EASY RECIPE. I made this with and without the cocoa. I added extra vanilla without the cocoa to make it vanilla fudge. I liked this one the best. Either way it is a simple and delicious recipe.

Never-Fail Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2007
I actually made vanilla fudge with this by omitting the cocoa and cooking the butter first in another pan until it was amber color like in the Burnt butter frosting recipe. This gave the fudge a nice flavor.

Can't Leave Alone Bars

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2007
This is super yumo! I used a yellow cake mix with white chocolate chips the first time I made it and a red velvet mix with white chips the next. They were both awesome. There are endless possiblites with this recipe. Whatever flavors you like together will work.

Chocolate Chip Cookies V

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2007
This is a great choc-chip cookies recipe. I used white choc chips and dried cranberries. They taste great. Also I made some the large size the recipe indicates and some a dropped by rounded teaspoons. I liked the smaller ones the best because there was more of them and they were a healthier serving than the large one.

Glazed Apple Cream Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2007
This was real good but I agree with the idea that this would be better with a fruit more associated with cream like cherries or berries. I also think it taste better warm.:)

Saltine Toffee Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2007
I have made this with the saltines and no chocolate on top and with ritz crackers and no chocolate. The ritz are really good and so are the saltines with no chocolate just the toffee. I have also made it with ritz crackers and white chocolate chips. This was awesome. Great recipe. A five star at the least. It should be rated higher.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2007
This is a fantastic recipe. I made the first tray 1/4 cup like the recipe says and the rest a used a pasta spoon to make the cookies. They are good large or small but I like the small ones better.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2007
This had good flavor but was too cake like for my husband taste and my taste as well. However the pudding mix gave it a nice flavor so I will give it five stars. Also the recipe says soft cookie while I like mine more chewy so it represented itself well.

Creamy White Fudge

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2007
I used vanilla almond bark for the chocolate and for flavoring 1 tsp butter flavor and 1/2 tsp rum flavor. This made it taste like a lifesavor butter rum candy to me. This is easy to make and easy on the wallet.:)

Caramel Bars

This is very very yummo! I baked it in a 8x8 pan though because there wasn't enough mixture to spread in a 9x13 pan. Either way. Let it cool completly before trying. A put mine in the freezer because I am inpatient.:)

EAGLE BRAND® Peanut Butter Fudge

This is the best PB fudge recipe I have tried so far. I left out the nuts and just used creamy PB. This gave it a delicate PB flavor w/out being too over powering.:)

Chewy Caramel

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2007
Thank you for the review that said 1 pound of brown sugar was 2.5 cups. I was going to get my postal scale out and measure it that way. This turned out good. I only cooked it to 245 degrees so mine were soft. Not teeth pullers.:)
