Hot Fudge Sauce

I'm not completely convinced by this recipe. I liked it - it was nice on my cake and good on my ice-cream - but it wasn't really fudgey. As a self-certified fudge addict I was expecting something that tasted like the real thing. It just tastes like sweetened chocolate to me - but it was nice nonethless.

Easy Microwave Chocolate Cake

This recipe is amazing - my friends still can't believe I can make such a good moist cake in the microwave! I follow the previous suggestions and doubled the cocoa powder and sugar. However, it's still not as chocolaty as I usually like, so I think I'll add some melted chocolate next time. I made this with chocolate fudge sauce, and in 15 minutes I had a great dessert. It's perfect stodge for my Scottist winter! Definately a keeper when I don't have time to cook or pre-heat the oven.

Bread Machine Rolls

Love this recipe. I made the rolls into hedgehogs with some kids who loved them. I will say that they are a little sweet to my taste, so will definately lessen the sugar next time, but other than that, they're great.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

I don't really have other snickerdoodle recipes to compare this to - I'd never tried them before until I baked them, but as general cookies go, these are superb. Cruchy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and all together tasty!

Cookie in a Jar

Looks amazing - really good sitting on the shelf. I gave them out for Christmas presents and everyone raved about them. I layered the ingredients as someone else suggested, and I think they looked much nicer, plus putting the brown sugar in the middle helps to compact everything down. Only thing that people have said was that the rice krispies went a little soggy in the cookie, but no one really minded
