Extreme Veggie Scrambled Eggs
Wow! This recipe brought back memories of my father teaching his 10 yr old daughter how to make this recipe 50 years ago. It has always been a favorite of mine. The only difference is he used butter instead of olive oil. Today, I use less butter and more than just mushrooms, bell peppers, onion, and tomato and just a hint of salt. My motto is "Whatever veggie is sitting in my fridge is likely to be tossed in this recipe." Avocado blends in very well. Dad also made a Bacon, Tomato, Onion Scrambled Egg version. It was another favorite of mine.

Chilled Strawberry Angel Food Dessert
I made this recipe for a Father's Day gathering. I followed the recipe exactly except for one exception. I used heated Smucker's Strawberry jelly instead of the starberry glaze. Also, I found a sugar free angel food cake while I was at the store. This recipe turned out delicious and looked as tho I had spent a lot of time working on it when I didn't. Because my family is small, I used two 9 inch square glass pans. The Smuckers jelly worked very well and the only change I would make is to make more of the cream cheese filling. You can bet I will be making this very easy and mouth wateringly delicious dessert quite often. I plan to try this with peaches and other fruit when strawberry season is over.

Autumn Spice Ham Steak
We tried this recipe tonight. I made one little change because my husband is diabetic. I used a maple flavored pancake syrup, but it was a sugar free variety. We both loved this recipe and will be making this one often. We had butternut squash and steamed white rice to complete the meal. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe.
