Slow Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage
Family loved it! I cooked on low for 8 hours. I added the veggies, minus the cabbage, 4 hours into it. Added the cabbage for the last hour and it was perfect. I used Bud Light and added a bit of garlic powder. I think next time I will use the suggestion of a tea ball or maybe wrap the seasonings into cheesecloth to avoid having to pick out the peppercorns and other spices.
