Chicken Tortilla Soup V
We've made this soup 3 times in two weeks! My kids are hooked on it!
I saute the diced chicken and onions first in the dutch oven, add the spices, then the broth, salsa(we use medium chunky Tostitos brand), corn & remaining ingredients and simmer for about an hour. Top with tortilla chips, plenty of shredded cheese(cheddar & MJ), sour cream, diced avacado and top with fresh chopped cilantro. YUM! So easy!
