Grilled Garlic Parmesan Zucchini

Cream Cheesy Cubed Zucchini with Lemon and Oregano

Everyone loved this I did as others suggested used more lemon zest as we like lemon served it with BBQ meatloaf and mashed potatoes very refreshing flavor as the meatloaf was spicy the creamy zucchini balanced the flavors out. Thank you for a great easy recipe!

Easy Canned Venison

I love this recipe but I do add one clove garlic per quart jar adding equal amount spices, onion,peppers divided up for each jar for more exact flavor. Makes excellant sandwich spread when you open a canned jar up pour into a bowl just add mayo or miracle whip what ever is your favorite and pickle relish mix to combine slather onto your favorite bread and enjoy!

Light Spaghetti Salad

This is our favorite summer pasta salad, we add sliced black or green olives which ever we have at the time & canned plain or marinated artichoke hearts drained, we do like the spiral noodles as they hold onto the dressing. A great recipe!

Deep Fried Dill Pickles

I did mix all ingredients together then dipped the dill pickle spears in the batter rolled in Panko bread crumbs then fried, the best recipe I have found yet !

Meatballs with Spaetzle

This was really good, but I did use fresh mushrooms sauted them with the onions in a little butter and i used fresh parsley verses the dried because I had it on hand. Mixed into the meatball mixure 1 teaspoon of fresh garlic and a pinch of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce as viewers reccomended. This is a 5 star recipe but for our taste liked the added ingredients and the spaetzle i thinned with a little milk to go through the holes in my colander spaetzle was so light and creamy. Was so good the next day for leftovers!

Texas Venison

This recipe is fast, easy and so yummy! Hunt camp friends were so impressed! I loved the idea of pressure cooking, so fast just 15 minutes turn burner off leave for the evening hunt come back pressure is released perfect timing dinner is ready just warm up flour tortillas dinner is served!

I followed the recipe exactly only added fresh snow peas because my husband loves them I did use fresh pineapple as it was really ripe and needed to be used! Excellant easy recipe my family loved it over rice will make this often.

Dill Pickle Meatloaf

This was strangely good! I made this as a meatloaf the first time followed the recipe as directed, the second time made as hamburgers mixed the sauce right into the hamburger mixture then grilling on the BBQ. I did fine dice the onions and dill pickles. This got rave reviews from our entire family liking both ways equally and were not fans of meatloaf!!!

Shredded Beef Enchiladas

I would give the filling 5 stars. 2 stars for the baking part enchiladas are supposed to have sauce over the top with cheese on the top like the picture. The recipe to me without sauce would be Taqutios. I did use the best red enchilada sauce as a reviewer suggested from this site and made 14 enchiladas I have enough filling to make another 14. They were 5 stars with a enchilada sauce! And made excellant taquitos too!

Take-Out Fake-Out Pollo Con Crema

Authentic Enchiladas Verdes

I can my own green salsa verde every year, so I used a pint of canned salsa verde verses making the fresh which made this recipe really quick to make, my family gave this rave reviews. I have also used left over pork butt roast just shred the meat verses the chicken it is excellant both ways.

Green Chile and Rice Casserole

I thought this was just good, but the men in the family loved it between the three of them ate it all so that is why I gave it 5 stars. Which surprised me as they usually do not like casserole recipes of any kind! Served this with thick cut pork loin chops, mixed green salad with balsamic dressing.
