this was awesome. I used one yellow pepper instead of a green and red pepper. I didn't have 12 oz of whipping cream so I used 8 oz of whipping cream and 4 oz of half n half. I also added cayenne pepper, Goya seasoning, and used angel hair pasta instead of linguine pasta.
