Simple Garlic and Basil Pesto

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2008
This is really good. I only used one clove of garlic and about 1/2 the chili powder. I was a little reluctant to use chili powder, but was glad I did. I think more than one clove of garlic would be too much. I also ground a little sea salt in, which I thought added a bit more flavor. Will make again.

Chicken Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2008
This was okay. I have had better stir fries before. It was a bit bland and too watery at the end. I added more soy sauce, fresh garlic instead of powdered and used broccoli, carrots, red pepper and onion. I threw the recipe away.

Maple Salmon

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2008
This was good. I wish I would have added chopped pecans or something. There was something missing.

Savory Herb Rice

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2008
My rice didn't look anything like the picture. The soy sauce made it dark. My family really did not care for this dish, and we love rice. Will not make again.

Mom's Coleslaw

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2008
I am making this for the second time this week! It is so simple and so good. I actually think I would like it better, made just as stated, without the celery seed. Very light and delicious!

I didn't make this, but has anyone noticed the calorie and fat content? Whoa! It sounds delicious, though.
