Mexican Layered Dip

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2010
This was a great hit! I only added the beans, sour cream, tomatoes, taco mix, cheese, and green onions. But it was still delicious and so easy to make.

Pumpkin Roll Supreme

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2009
Great pumpkin roll! It was harder than some desserts I make, but I followed the directions almost perfectly and it turned out great. I kept it rolled in the towel for not quite an hour. I also used a little more cinnamin and substituted pecans for the walnuts. The filling was perfect and the bread rolled nicely without cracking.

Amber's Sesame Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2008
I had to substitute ginger powder for the Chinese five spice. The final result tasted good, but nothing like the sesame chicken I've had before and my brother agrees. I mixed the sauce all together before pouring it over the chicken, but I could still taste a distinct teriyaki flavor and honey flavor. It didn't blend well and didn't taste like real sesame chicken sauce.

Margarita Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2008
This is a great shrimp recipe!! It's spicy and full of flavor. All the shrimp I made for our Labor Day cookout was eaten in one sitting.

Spicy Filet Mignon

Reviewed: May 20, 2008
I loved this rub! The only thing I should have done is not used all of it since I didn't have the required amount of meat. So mine were REALLY spicy! It would have been perfect if I had distributed it over more meat or used less on the meat that I had.

Cherry Cheesecake Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2007
It wasn't bad, but I thought it had way too much of a lemon flavor. If I use this recipe again I won't use so much lemon juice!

Salsa Cheese Boule Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2007
This was a HUGE hit at the party I just hosted! I have to make copies of it to give all the guests! It was so easy to make, the hour and a half in the oven gave me time to prepare the rest of the food and then I just took it out and put it on a platter with the scooped out bread and tortilla chips. Oh yeah, I added about 1/4 cup more salsa for more flavor.
