Mexican Layered Dip

This was a great hit! I only added the beans, sour cream, tomatoes, taco mix, cheese, and green onions. But it was still delicious and so easy to make.

Pumpkin Roll Supreme

Great pumpkin roll! It was harder than some desserts I make, but I followed the directions almost perfectly and it turned out great. I kept it rolled in the towel for not quite an hour. I also used a little more cinnamin and substituted pecans for the walnuts. The filling was perfect and the bread rolled nicely without cracking.

Amber's Sesame Chicken

I had to substitute ginger powder for the Chinese five spice. The final result tasted good, but nothing like the sesame chicken I've had before and my brother agrees. I mixed the sauce all together before pouring it over the chicken, but I could still taste a distinct teriyaki flavor and honey flavor. It didn't blend well and didn't taste like real sesame chicken sauce.

This is a great shrimp recipe!! It's spicy and full of flavor. All the shrimp I made for our Labor Day cookout was eaten in one sitting.

Spicy Filet Mignon

I loved this rub! The only thing I should have done is not used all of it since I didn't have the required amount of meat. So mine were REALLY spicy! It would have been perfect if I had distributed it over more meat or used less on the meat that I had.

Salsa Cheese Boule Dip

This was a HUGE hit at the party I just hosted! I have to make copies of it to give all the guests! It was so easy to make, the hour and a half in the oven gave me time to prepare the rest of the food and then I just took it out and put it on a platter with the scooped out bread and tortilla chips. Oh yeah, I added about 1/4 cup more salsa for more flavor.
