I have been making this cake for twenty years always enjoyed.I use only 1 20oz can of crushed pineapple and 2 coconut pudding mix with the cream cheese added to pudding,then cool whip and coconut on top. No cherries or nuts. Either way is good

Sour Cream and Chive Mashed Potatoes

I make this often.I mash the potato's with mixer add Cheddar cheese and Garlic Powder to taste I mix Cheddar Cheese in with the potato's sprinkle on top and put in oven to melt. Great with Steak

Texas Sheet Cake V

I have made this for years. I do not put the nuts on mine instead I take 1 cup of creamy peanut butter mixed with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and spread on the cake while hot let cool in fridge then icing. Everyone loves it

Bologna Salad Sandwich Spread II

My Mother always made this for our school lunches and now I make it but I add salt,pepper,onion,and sweet pickle relish. I don't measure anything I have made it for so long that I just guess. I also grind everything with a food grinder. Love It

Pat's Mushroom Saute

This recipe is the best. We had company two weekends in a row did steaks on the grill and the company also loved them. My brother-in-law said aren't you have to use Worchester in them, I didn't and he loved them .

Green Tomato Relish

Thanks Linda my Mother made this Green Tomato Relish when I was a kid.When she died her recipe's disappeared. My favorite meal was Her Meatloaf with the Relish piled on.Mashed Potatoe's,Gravey, and her Toss Salad, and warm Home Made Bread. I can smell the aroma from her kitchen now 69 years latter

Texas Sheet Cake I

I make a Texas Sheet Cake simuilar to this which is a excellent cake the only thing I do to it is mix 1 cup of creamy peanut butter with 1 tablespoon of oil and spread on cake while still hot ,then let cool and spread with icing

Lemon Bundt Cake

I have been making this cake for a couple of years. I use Lemon Supreme Cake mix and Sprite then I glaze it with Lemon Glaze while still warm.We just love this cake

Cinnamon Pastries

Apple-Cranberry Crisp

Easy Pickled Eggs

German Spaetzle Dumplings

This recipe is like we have had in Germany. Cooked it lastnight after cooking in water drained and browned in butter with fresh grated Parmasan cheese cooked it as a side dish with Jagerschnitzel and Asparagus, Delish

Jagerschnitzel

Our son has been stationed in Germany with the US Army for 24 years and have went there several times over the years we love German food and this recipe for Jagerschitzel is as we remember. So good served it with Spaetzle Dumplings and Asparagus. Thanks for the great recipe

Libby's® Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling

I have been making pumpkin rolls for 40 year's .Everyone loves them and looks forward to the holiday season , I make 4 rolls out of a large can of pumpkin and along with other sweet goodies give this to Co-workers,our Doctors office,and neighbors for a gift at Christmas.Can make a month before the holiday and they freeze nicly wrapped in wax paper and foil

Southern Peach Cobbler

Fried Green Tomatoes III

This is the way my Mother always did Green Tomatoes . Very good. We also in the fall what tomatoes didn't rippen we slice them place the slices on a tray and freeze, then put in ziplog bag.When you want to eat them Dip , Coat with flour, season to taste , and fry. Yum Yum

Fresh Peach Dumplings Served with Hard Sauce

These dumplings are very good. Love the dough. Gave a four because of the egg. I did put the sauce on the dumpings while still pretty warm hoping this would take care of the raw egg , even still my husband and I ate them up
