I just made this tonight and it was really good, both my kids, 4 and 7 year old, gave it two thumbs up! The only thing i changed was that i added more curry powder and will probably add 3 tsp next time. I think you could decrease the amount of the butter by 1/2, making it a little bit healthier. The long cooking time keeps this recipe in "my days off" list of supper ideas though.
