Healthy Banana Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2008
I tried this recipe and unfortunatly i have found it bland, maybe it's because i like sugar to much, it just did not work for me. Maybe if there was spices added.

Cream of Celery Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2008
oh la la!!!! Very good, will make it again. I did not use milk but only broth, i did half the recepie, add 1\4 of cup of rice(i had white rice) to thicken the soup and had fresh coriander OMG. Next time will use with milk, but even with chicken broth it is wonderful.

Spicy Black Bean Cakes

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2008
grated the sweet potatoes small pieces and make small paties that are not thick and add tabasco sauce instead of jalapenos. You cand add fresh coriander to the sauce and i did not put hot stuff into the sauce so it's refreshing.

Apple Loaf

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2007
IT'S A MUST!!!!!!!Like always i add ingredients and left some. Exquisite with crystalized ginger, raisins(OMG),cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon. Add milk cause the texture was to dry for my taste about 3 table spoon. Ikept the pele on the apple, faster and healthier. You really need 2 cups of apple but dont cut them to small because you will lose the taste.
