My Best Clam Chowder

This was fantastic! I did add Old Bay seasoning like other readers suggested. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because it wasn't thick like clam chowder. Will try again though, maybe with more flour? Thanks again!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This is good eatin. Yes, I have made this my official Slow Cooker Roast recipe. I make this at least 2 times a month. Great as sammies the next day! Happy eatin!

Hershey's ® 'Perfectly Chocolate' Chocolate Cake

First cake I have ever baked from scratch! WOW! It's so easy, I couldn't even mess it up! (I don't bake!) I am supposed to be making a wedding cake for my sister in law in August, and I am trying to find cake recipes. I Filled this cake with the Chocolate Ganache also from this site! YUMMY!

Easy Swedish Pancakes

I loved this recipe. I altered it. I used 3 eggs instead of 4, 1 cup of flour instead of half a cup. I too, couldn't resist not adding vanilla. LOL. I made them like crepes. My husband made our daughter ones with Brown sugar and syrup. These were really wonderful. They are going into my rotation of recipes!

Although I too had clumps of powdered sugar, but WOW... my husband couldn't believe it come from the microwave! LOL. I will be adding this to my "OMG I NEED CHOCOLATE" collection. ;-)

Chocolate Ganache

I thought this was interesting. Great recipe, I have never had Ganache before. So, I didn't know what I was making or what I was looking for. I used it as a cake filling. I am making a cake for my sister in law's wedding, so I am making test cakes. I think I may play around with this and experiment with different flavors on top of the Chocolate. :-)

Pesto Chicken Florentine

Good. I left out the Spinach and used mushrooms and sauteed Shallots. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I added a lot of my own flair. Thanks!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

I made these a while back when I was pregnant, around Christmas time. I have to defend it's honor. These ARE the best ones I have had. Read reviews carefully. I also used butter flavored Crisco, and didn't melt it. Make sure you don't just leave the cookies in the oven and walk off. Also, do a 'test' cookie as well, so you can get the perfect baking time. Baking times have and always will vary with altitude. :-) They are great!
