This was fantastic. I had no problems with it carmelizing like others had. I put the chicken wings in the oven first with salt, pepper, and garlic powder for 30 minutes. While that was cooking, I put the sauce together on the stove. The adjustments I made were minimal and based on what I read from the reviews: Two tablespoons of cornstarch and water, one teaspoon of red chili flakes, and a few drops of siracha. I really wanted that sweet/spicy flavor. Once it was thickened, I poured it on top of the chicken and let it bake for another 15 minutes. Voila! It was a hit and I will be making it again!
