Caramelized Baked Chicken

This was fantastic. I had no problems with it carmelizing like others had. I put the chicken wings in the oven first with salt, pepper, and garlic powder for 30 minutes. While that was cooking, I put the sauce together on the stove. The adjustments I made were minimal and based on what I read from the reviews: Two tablespoons of cornstarch and water, one teaspoon of red chili flakes, and a few drops of siracha. I really wanted that sweet/spicy flavor. Once it was thickened, I poured it on top of the chicken and let it bake for another 15 minutes. Voila! It was a hit and I will be making it again!

Sesame Beef

I did not read all the reviews before I put my beef into the marinade. It is REALLY sweet. I didn't even use regular sugar. The splenda was probably a little better than if I actually used sugar, so I can't imagine how white sugar would taste. So next time I will lessen the amount of sugar in half and use a different cut of beef or tenderize it. The round steak was a little too chewy for me.

Ham with Honey and Brown Sugar Glaze

I used this glaze just as suggested and it came out perfect! This is my first time cooking a ham and it was so easy. This ham won't be around for too long!

Simply Lasagna

I'm so happy with this recipe! I'm not much of a cook, but this was really easy to follow. Only thing I added was a little sugar to the meat (which I also increase to 1.6 lbs) and sauce.
