Pumpkin Bread Ring

Fun! Made these for my sons preschool class, what a hit! Use a larger carrot for the base so they don't fall over. My husband called those that fell over a "dead soldier" and gobbled them up. Used chive and onion flavored cream cheese and piped in with a sandwich baggie per other reviews, worked well.

Apple Stuffed Chicken Breast

This isn't one of those WOW recipes. But my kids ages 4 and 2 enjoyed it. Next time I will add finely chopped walnuts to the stuffing mix.

Mendocino Chicken Salad

Busy Night Turkey Taco Soup with Avocado Cream

Chicken Fricassee

Very tasty, lots of flavor but very HOT! Added 1/2 cup roux and there was alot of fat on top end of simmering so I skimmed it off. If I were making this again, I would add only 1 tsp of Cayenne Pepper and forget adding the 1/2 cup of oil. You can thicken this without adding all the fat. A side dish of sweet corn and white rice mellows out the dish.

Marilyn's Cheesy Clam Chowder

Easy to make and Great Taste. I made this with Lactaid Free Whole milk and Sharp Cheddar, but it would taste alot better with half and half.

Savory Chicken Breasts

Ok, I have made this two ways, one is following the recipe and the other is substituting cream of celery and using italian bread crumbs. Our personal favorite was the substitutions. Its too bland using cream of chicken. This one is really easy to make and my four year old likes it.

Marinated Cheese

This tastes best with Cilantro instead of parsley. Forget serving with crackers, tastes fabulous served with french bread to absorb all the marinade. My husband and I made this "dinner" with a glass of wine. :)

Chicken Breasts Pierre

After all the rave reviews, I was disapointed with this one. I agree with another reviewer that there are too many flavors competing with each other. If you make this serve it with a bland side dish like white rice or potatoes. This is one of those recipes either you hate, or love it. Sorry, I'm in the hate catagory.

Famous Butter Chicken

I can imagine this recipe would have been bland without the use of some additional spices. I used Garlic Butter Ritz crackers and added 1/2 tsp garlic powder and salt. Came out tender and tasty. I'd make it again, my four yr old really enjoyed it.

Alright, I'm giving this four stars only because I felt it to be on the doughy side. "Not your Mother's Pumpkin Bread" still blows the pants off this recipe, But, I did like the lemony taste.

Nice tasting. If you make it, let it sit overnight so the rice and chicken absorb the wonderful flavor. Tastes better cold too.

Honey Mustard Chicken

Great tasting chicken. Once suggestion, double the sauce and don't forget to cover the chicken while its cooking. The extra sauce is good to pour over the rice, and tastes even better the next day.
