This is great! It is fairly easy to make. The finished product presented well and tasted superb. The sauce is fabulous! I used deli provolone cheese and smoked ham, butcher's string to bind the stuffed breasts, plain bread crumbs instead of flour, pinot grigio wine and finished in the oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. The day after I am still getting raves. Definitely will make this again!
