I started to cook very young, I would help my grandfather in the kitchen make almost anything. In high school I took all the cooking courses available, then attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts School in Ottawa, were I received my Diplomat in Cuisine and a basic pastry certificate. I think cooked professional for 7 years before deciding I much prefer just cooking at home for friends and family.

I love to cook anything, but I really love French and Italian foods. I would have to say my all time favorite thing to cook is something new.

Making tradional French Tourtiere at Christmas time. We usually make 60-100 pies.
