Pork Stew in Green Salsa (Guisado de Puerco con Tomatillos)

Reviewed: May 1, 2012
Yum! Huge hit with everyone even my 4 year old. I did use chicken stock instead of water. And I cut the tomatillos in half and put them in the food processor along with half of the cooked onion. So good.

Banana Oat Muffins

Delicious just how the recipe is! I don't measure my bananas tho I just used 3. 2 black ones and 1 ripened one. The recipe made 18 muffins.

Stuffing for Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2007
Very good and loved how it freed up the oven. I also used my decorative crock pot so I just put that directly on the table so it saved on dishes! I did change it up a little bit. Instead of having the bread with all the seasons I just used pre seasoned bread for stuffin. I dont remember the brand name but it's the same kind I always use and it was wonderful! Very good!

I might have rated this before but I love it so i'm gonna rate it again! I love this recipe and have shared it with my friends and family! It is so good and easy. I add a bit less pepper and sometimes I dont have the boulion and I leave it out and it's always wonderful!!

Supreme Scalloped Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2007
I change it up a little by adding chunks of ham but I love this recipe!! I make it all the time and have shared it with my friends and family. So my advise is to make this but throw some ham in with it. Also to make it easier and faster I boil the potatos for like 5 minutes then run them under cool water until I can handle them. Then I take them and chunk them up a little bit and put them directly into the oven dish and mix everything in there for less dishes. Make this recipe it's fast, easy, and so yummy!!
