Spinach Cheese Pasta

Reviewed: May 6, 2008
Cottage cheese just didn't do it. Then I used Ricotta cheese and it made a world of difference.

Fried Bologna Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2008
Never thought of doing this in a casserole. Many years back my mom would use french bread and spread the potato and onions mixture on the bread then place a slice of bologna and top with cheese then put in broiler till cheese is melted. Was very yummy

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

This is absolutely perfect!!!!!I've been making these for years and found if you lined your pan with foil the clean up is so easy. You'll have no cooked on brown sugar to scrub off.

Hot German Potato Salad III

Reviewed: May 18, 2008
This is the real deal! Sliced potatos is a must, not chopped or cubed. The presentation is just super that way. Thanks for the memories, didn't realize someone actually knows how to make this right.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: May 4, 2008
This is so so close to my Grandmothers receipe who came from Italy, only changes are I add cooked spinach-squeezed dry to the ricotta and egg. Plus I use Provlone cheese and Romano. This is very good. I'm asked to make it all the time.

Florentine Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2008
I used fresh grated Romano cheese since I didn't have the other on hand. Also used homemade spaghetti sauce. This was an excellent dish. I always try to make the dishes as stated otherwise they are not the same recipe, it becomes totally different. Thanks for the recipe.
