This is a really easy, great-tasting recipe. The only thing I do differently is to add apple juice instead of water. I also make sure to use Granny Smith or other tart apples.

Clone of a Cinnabon

I've been making these since I found the recipe about two years ago. Everyone I have ever made them for has loved them. They are THE BEST cinnamon rolls!! The only change I've made to them is in the filling: I use 1/2 c butter instead of 1/3, 1 1/2 c brown sugar, and 3 tbsp cinnamon. I usually roll them into a longer skinnier log, so that I get more and smaller rolls. I've never had any problem with the filling running out. They are perfect every time.

Sour Cream Coffee Cake III

Just made this for the 1st time. I was in a hurry, and didn't read other reviews, so I made it as written. I definitely think this would do better in a smaller pan, as I see others have suggested. It turned out more like bars that you could pick up and eat than a cake. It was also too sweet for my taste, so I'll try reducing sugar to 1 1/2 c. next time. For now, 3 stars is the best I can give. If that changes after I make it again with these modifications, I'll adjust my rating.

Baked Homemade Macaroni and Cheese

I don't normally try a recipe off this site unless it gets at least 4 1/2 stars from 100 people or more, but I was looking for a recipe that called for simple ingredients that I already had, and this one fit the bill. So I gave it a try, and it was really very good. The only change I made was that I didn't add the cracker crumb topping. I sprinkled extra cheese on top before baking. Everyone in my family loved it, and it was even better the next day! * I will add that the butter/flour/milk/cheese mixture never did thicken on top of the stove, but it firmed up nicely while baking.
