Curry Beef Stir-Fry

I enjoyed this recipe. It was a nice change from the regular teriyaki stir fry I usually make. I like the tomatoes and curry although I used can tomatoes and went with the veggies I had on hand. I also found it to be a little lacking in salt so I added salt and pepper. You could probably add extra soya sauce to help this as well. Thanks for the recipe.

Heavenly White Cake

Thanks for the recipe. Turned out lovely! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the waste of yolks. :P Sorry, I can't stand wasting anything. The cake was delicious though! I covered it with Bailey's Dark Chocolate Ganache and filled it with a Bailey's/Cream Cheese filling.

Chocolate Ganache

Thank you, thank you, thank you for this recipe! This is the first time I've tried to make Ganache (which is my favorite topping for a cake) and it turned out perfectly!!!! I didn't have cream in the house, however, so I used Bailey's instead paired with 80% cocoa dark chocolate by Lindt and left out the rum. Let me tell you, it was amazing!!! I recommend this recipe to anyone who doesn't like sweet sugary icing but loves dark chocolate. This will be a recipe I'll use for years to come. Thanks again. :)

Melt In Your Mouth Blueberry Cake

This was a really delicious cake. I too was alarmed with the thickness of the batter and I also used frozen blueberries. I'm considering thawing the berries next time first, though, because it kind of froze the batter and made it even harder to stir. Very delicious recipe either way, great served with whipped cream.

Creamy Shell Pasta Salad

Delicious. I used miracle whip instead of mayonnaise because it was all I had and it was a bit to vinegary for my liking so I suggest using real mayonnaise to keep the creaminess. Maybe cut the vinegar if you'll be using miracle whip.

Chocolate Chip Dream Bars

I thought these were very sweet and wasn't expecting them to be gooey. I used an 8"x8" pan and I would probably use a smaller one next time. I also think these would be better with melted chocolate drizzled on them, instead of the chocolate glaze, to cut the sweetness. I probably won't make these again.

Cornflake Slice

I also only used about a 1/4 cup of butter for these and I added about a 1/4 cup of chocolate chips. I also omitted the almonds as I had none. Still pretty good though.

KELLOGG'S* RICE KRISPIES* White and Dark Chocolate Truffles

I found this difficult to accomplish because white chocolate is so hard to melt without having it seize. I would like to try them again but I wasted a lot of white chocolate baking squares trying to get it right, very frustrating.

Roasted-Vegetable Stock

I love this!!!! I'd never even thought of making my own veggie broth and it's in so many recipes. It's also a great substitute for chicken broth. This is a great way to get rid of vegetables in your fridge that are no longer fresh. I also love the comment about putting the veggies in the blender and making a cream soup with them, I also hate wasting anything. I blended mine with a little of the broth and added sour cream and cheddar. Absolutely delicious!!! To think, I almost threw them away!

Pumpkin Pecan Pie I

Hearty Vegetable Soup

I love the veg cocktail base to this soup. I used this recipe as a base to get rid of some vegetables I had that I wanted to use up. I put in leeks, celery, chickpeas, navy beans, soy beans, can tomatoes and some green tomatoes form my garden. Just whatever I had around. It was delicious! I also added some rice.

Potato Leek Soup I

Very delicious but very thick. Almost the consistency of mashed potatoes. You may want to add more broth to get a more soup-like consistency.

Broccoli Chicken Casserole III

This was a delicious recipe. I added a bit more cheese than the recipe called for. The black olives are a really nice addition. I would never have thought to put them in a casserole. I'll make this again for sure. I would maybe suggest baking it covered to keep it moist.

Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Great recipe. I marinated the tenderloin first for a few hours with the "Ginger and Rosemary Pork marinade" and used ham instead of bacon. I took the ham off at the end and my boyfriend crumbled it on his salad. It got rave reviews!!! Not dry at all. I think you just have to be careful not to overcook it.
