Foolproof Rib Roast
Truly delicious. Followed recipe exactly. After it was finished, I made an au jus by pouring 1 cup of red wine to the pan over medium heat. Then I stirred until the brown bits dissolved and then I poured in 2 cups of beef broth. I then let it go to a boil. I tasted and added additional salt and pepper to taste.
