Baked Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2010
This was very, very good. Made full recipe for 9 people, it was all gone. As per my preference I only used 4 cups of cheese, and added the bacon in the last 10 minutes along with a little shredded cheese. Will definately make again.

Roasted Vegetables

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2010
my wife, who is an excellent cook, made this recipe for supper tonight and she followed the instructions to the letter, however, the dish had very little taste. Every thing tasted the same with no distictive flavour of any of the vegetables. Was it cooked too long, not enought spices

Egg and Cheese Puffs

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2010
These are very good. I've made them twice now and will make them many more times. I made them in muffin tins the first time, this time in a 9X13 pan. I prefer the pan method. It's just easier and I can cut them into whatever size portions I like. I also add sauted onions, green peppers and garlic. So good and so convenient to freeze for a nice breakfast to take to work.

Taco Lasagna

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2009
This is an awesome recipe. It makes alot, which is good because my 15 year old grandson had 3 helpings! Everyone loved it & 2 people wanted the recipe. I only used 1/4 tsp of cayenne, and probably more salsa and cheese. Thanks for the recipe.

Spanish Rice Original

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2009
This was so good. Only thing I did differently was sprinkle the crispy bacon on top of the finished dish. Got rave reviews from everyone. Thanks so much for the recipe.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2009
Awesome recipe. My son-in-law told my daughter "best food I've ever had at your mom's". I too cut down on the cheese by 2 cups. I mixed the frozen spinach (1 pkg)with cottage cheese, 1 egg, 1/4 parmasean, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp olive oil. After the sauce was made I halved it and put the chicken in one of the halves as per another suggestion. I layered as follows: sauce without chicken noodles Cottage cheese/spinach mixture noodles sauce with chicken noodles sauce without chicken topped with mozza

Cabbage Roll Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2008
This is a very good base recipe. I sauteed a lot of onions and 3 cloves of garlic, then added beef and browned nicely, Added oregano, basil, salt, pepper, worchestershire, tomatoe sauce, broth, rice and simmered for about 15 mins. I used half sour cabbage and half sweet cabbage. That really kicked the flavour up. Oh, just before I popped it in the oven, I poured a can of whole (chopped) canned tomatoes. Made 2 pans, so froze 1. Thanks so much for the recipe.
