Asparagus Soup

I love this recipe and have made it several times now. It's such a great base - you can add additional vegetables and spices as you like, plus other ingredient to increase or decrease the consistency. This will be a staple I keep around for a long time. And so EASY!

Mini Reubens

We served these at a party and they were a hit, even amongst people (like me) who don't normally like reubens. Instead of using deli corned beef though, we put a corned beef in the crock pot all day. We used the Stout Slow Cooker Corned Beef and Veggies recipe from AllRecipes (minus the veggies), and pulled chunks from that for the mini reubens. It was amazing!

Stuffed Green Peppers I

I REALLY enjoyed these! The only reason I gave this four stars was because instead of using whole canned tomatoes, I bought diced tomatoes with chiles, so it added a lot of yummy spice! Excellent recipe, I will definitely make again!

Sangria Ham

My favorite ham recipe BY FAR. I usually prefer ham at holiday feasts (over turkey or prime rib) and this one was especially delicious. I can't wait to make it again. To the reviewer who didn't like the amount of calories and fat - you're right, it's not healthy. But it's a delicious way to splurge on a holiday meal!

Grilled Soy-Sesame Asparagus

I can't believe it took me so long to review this. I have been making this recipe multiples times per summer, for about the last five years. With the exception of the sesame seeds, which I usually leave out, I always have these ingredients on hand and asparagus is one of my favorite vegetables. I would highly recommend.

Baked Halibut Steaks

My husband loved the flavor, the fresh basil & tomatoes is key. Since I don't really like fish I had a hard time eating this but I LOVED the flavor from the fresh veggie topping & feta cheese.

Spicy Oil and Vinegar Bread Dip

This is a really great & easy recipe. It's a piece of cake to alter the recipe for however much you need. Since other reviewers said this wasn't spicy I added about 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes and it was great!

Super Grilled Salmon

I am incredibly picky about seafood. If it tastes like fish it all, I don't like it. The marinade for this salmon is so delicious though, this is one of the few fish recipes I really enjoy. Thank you.

Very tasty, lots of great flavor! My husband and I usually like things a little spicier, so I added 2 jalapeno peppers and 1 yellow pepper (sweet & mildly spicy). It was delicious!
