About this Cook
My name is Lindsay, I live near Tacoma, WA. I love living in Washington because of the abundance of seafood! You can get a little taste of everything here, especially when it comes to international cuisine. I'm a US NAVY Veteran and I spent so much time in the Navy eating standard food while aboard ship, so now that I'm a civilian, I totally enjoy cooking!
My favorite things to cook
Beef and barley soup, chicken taco soup, biscuits and gravy, meatloaf, stir fry, scrambled eggs, chili, basically anything with my slow cooker lol

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas
This is so amazingly good! I can't wait to bring it to a potluck!

Breaded Chicken Fingers
I followed this recipe and tried double dipping the chicken like some of the other reviewers had said... It would have been so much better had I not done that... Breading was just too thick. Also needs a bit more salt... I put a little Johnny's Seasoning Salt in the mix and it came out pretty good.

Orange Banana Smoothie
Mmm... Good way to drink your fruit!! I used four small mandarin oranges (Cuties), omitted salt & yogurt, used 6 splenda packets instead of sugar, used about 6 cubes of ice... Simply delicious!
