Easy Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2012
I'm giving this 3 stars because there was just way too much water in the recipe. It tastes pretty good, and I took the advice of other reviews and creamed the cake mix and cream cheese together, but the extra water made it more of a peach soup rather than a cobbler. Next time I make it, I'm decreasing to about 1/4 c, and maybe adding a tablespoon of cornstarch.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2010
This is a fairly easy recipe. I was hoping that I could exchange the blueberries for blackberries and raspberries. The answer is no. Doesn't work. I think this would be a good basic batter for just about any other type of muffin though.

Gingerbread Men

Reviewed: May 18, 2010
I don't know why people say this is a dry dough. This is one of the stickiest doughs I have ever worked with. While I do appreciate the fact that this isn't as strong as traditional gingerbread men, I would have to seriously think twice about making these again. I did add 1 tsp of vanilla, and baked them for about 8 minutes instead of 10. I chilled my dough in the fridge overnight, but it was still sticky. The only thing that seemed to help was putting it in the freezer for about 10 minutes.

Chicken Pot Pie I

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2007
This is such an easy recipe. I did follow other suggestions. I use 2 cans of soup, one cream of chicken and one cream of mushroom. I also use the veggies that my family will eat, not the mixed veggies. I highly recommend adding garlic, basil, parsley, paprika, minced onions. Use a prepackaged pie crust, and you're done. It's wonderfully easy.
