Just got done making these for a cookie exchange tomorrow. They are wonderful and easy breezy to make. This is the first recipe that actually makes the correct servings listed. I came out with 32 cookies. I did a second batch with almonds I chopped in the food processor. turned out just a good. Great Recipe! Now I'm off to learn how to dip them..

Cheesy Ranch New Red Potatoes

I used boiled red potatoes cubed, added onion, green pepper, and bacon. Mixed in a bowl, place potatoes on a cookie sheet and baked it for 15 minutes. The best!

Much better than store bought. Sounds time consuming but it is a breeze. Even though it is juicy, I may try using an oven bag on the chicken.

This may sound odd....I use this as a fruit smoothie. Blend it up, put it in a pitcher with a top. Shake it up and drink it all day! Kids love it!!

Chicken Andouille Gumbo

I took the two days to prepare. Just got back from New Orleans, the recipe is so go, felt like I was in the French Quarter again! Everyone loves it and had enough left left over to freeze. This is one of those dishes that does not last, even in the freezer. The family ate it all.
