Dora's Christmas Cookies
These cookies are absolutely delicious! The dough was a bit sticky when I was ready to roll it out, so I kneaded in some extra flour, until it was the right consistency. I will definitely be making these year after year!

Homestyle Meatloaf
This meatloaf has lots of flavor. I only gave it 4 stars because the baking time wasn't long enough. There was still a fair amount of pink in the meat after baking. I omitted the dry mustard-I'm not a mustard fan-and substituted the quick oats for an equal amount of cornbread stuffing. My husband isn't a big meatloaf fan, but he LOVED this recipe! My advice, bake about 15 minutes longer before you put the ketchup on-and make extra ketchup mix so you can have more to put on top!

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies
These cookies are great! I made them with a heavier peanut butter (Smuckers Natural). I found the recipe yielded more cookies than it stated. I tripled the batch and had over 6 dozen cookies. I would highly reccomend this recipe, it's very easy to make, and tastes great! Next time, I'm going to try rolling the balls of dough in sugar before baking.
