I've made this cake a few times, and I've learned something very important! The hotter the cocoa mixture is when you finish the recipe, the more dense the cake will be. You can literally decide how dense or how fluffy you want the cake by waiting or (usually in my case) being impatient!!

Toffee Bar Coffee Cake

This is quite possibly my favorite recipe I've ever found on this site! The only alterations I made, is I use the bag of already chopped toffee chips and some chocolate chips!

Tex-Mex Pasta Salad

Next time I make this, I would use less red peppers, they were kind of overpowering. I also skipped the ranch dressing and olives which left it a little dry. Next time, I am thinking maybe some sour cream! After that, it would definitely be a 5 star recipe in my book!
