Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2010
I used "Zesty Italian" dressing mix, and I added the cream of chicken soup along with the chicken, butter, and dressing mix. I also added a little milk to thin it out. About an hour before serving, I turned the crock pot up to high, and I added the cream cheese, a couple of generous spoonfuls of sour cream, and one package of sliced fresh Baby Bella mushrooms. I served over egg noodles. This was the perfect meal for a cool evening!

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2002
I used just enough Wish Bone Spring Onion flavored Ranch dressing to cover the crust, and I used Colby-Jack cheese. I also added more butter to the chicken wing sauce (to make it less spicy). The result was delicious - reminded me of the chicken finger subs they make in the Buffalo, NY area pizzerias.

Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake I

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2002
I tried this recipe for the first time with French Vanilla cake mix, and I'll never do it any other way. Absolutely delicious! Also, I baked the cake at 350 degrees for 40 mins (not 325 degrees).

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2002
This is a good if you're REALLY pressed for time, but it didn't turn out as well as my usual recipe that calls for a dough rise. I added Italian seasoning and garlic, and the crust still tasted somewhat bland.

This was "to die for!" I added some shredded cheddar and monterey jack cheese to the mixture before baking it, and received rave reviews! Thank you.

Zucchini Bread V

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2001
I added some cinnamon to the mixture and baked it in two round cake pans, then I frosted it with a can of vanilla frosting to which I had added some raisins and coconut. It was delicious, but next time I'll only bake it for about 45 minutes.
