Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

I used "Zesty Italian" dressing mix, and I added the cream of chicken soup along with the chicken, butter, and dressing mix. I also added a little milk to thin it out. About an hour before serving, I turned the crock pot up to high, and I added the cream cheese, a couple of generous spoonfuls of sour cream, and one package of sliced fresh Baby Bella mushrooms. I served over egg noodles. This was the perfect meal for a cool evening!

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

I used just enough Wish Bone Spring Onion flavored Ranch dressing to cover the crust, and I used Colby-Jack cheese. I also added more butter to the chicken wing sauce (to make it less spicy). The result was delicious - reminded me of the chicken finger subs they make in the Buffalo, NY area pizzerias.

Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake I

I tried this recipe for the first time with French Vanilla cake mix, and I'll never do it any other way. Absolutely delicious! Also, I baked the cake at 350 degrees for 40 mins (not 325 degrees).

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

This is a good if you're REALLY pressed for time, but it didn't turn out as well as my usual recipe that calls for a dough rise. I added Italian seasoning and garlic, and the crust still tasted somewhat bland.

Florentine Artichoke Dip

Zucchini Bread V

I added some cinnamon to the mixture and baked it in two round cake pans, then I frosted it with a can of vanilla frosting to which I had added some raisins and coconut. It was delicious, but next time I'll only bake it for about 45 minutes.
