Taco Lasagna
This was pretty good! Easy to make. I used corn tortillas. I think the flour ones wouldn't have been as good. I put some green onions and cilantro on top when I served it. yum!

Buffalo Chicken Burgers with Blue Cheese Dressing
These were better than I expected. I only used one pound of ground chicken and put some breadcrumbs in the mix to make sure it stayed together well. If I were you, I would double this recipe...it was way too good for only 4 burgers :) And don't forget to toast the buns...makes it that much better.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream
This was delicious! I added more red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and omitted the onions because I didn't have any. Also, I used half n half instead of heavy cream.
