Chicken Parmigiana
SO good. Really moist and flavorful. I won't be ordering anything like this off a menu as it just won't compare!

Caramel Apple Pork Chops
I have been making these for the past few years, and my kids love the apples. I don't make any changes as we love it just the way it is.

Kitchen Sink Cookies
I LOVE these cookies. They remind me of the 7 layer bars I love to make, only, these cookies don't have near the calorie or sugar count. I don't like nuts in my cookies, so I left them out. I love how soft they turn out. Yummy
