Pineapple Sheet Cake I

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2008
The first and the best cake i have ever made and it was on my husband's birthday.I was crossing my fingers while baking it coz i never baked cake till that day(happened last week).I was surprised it came out so good my husband was like oh my god!i been through with some trouble though my first pan the cake fall apart, i guess i was too excited that i didn't wait even 10 min. before taking them out of the pan and the second pan i waited and i was glad it came out alright.i made 2 layers since my cake pan is not really the standard cake pan whatsoever since i dont bake.as long as it is round i thought that will work.I have to come up with some frosting to cover the disaster and it went all right and perfect with that vanilla chocolate frosting without the chocolate.a little decoration and BAM!!!i bake me a really really good bday cake for THE LOVE OF MY LIFE!!!!I highly reccommend it.

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2008
Another great pasta recipe.Just like others suggestions half the milk and half the cream perfect.cajun seasoning for the shrimp and that mushroom's so good(i love mushrooms). My husband thought it was the best with fettuccine as its bigger pasta coz i used angel hair thats what i have on hand.Other than that its great very similar to that chicken tetrazzini.

Apple Loaf

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2008
This loaf is the very first baking experience i ever have. After Santa (hehehe) gave me that mixer on x'mas i finally got a chance to use it.With all the ingriedents i have on hand i made my first loaf and its amazingly delicious.I only had 2 small fuji apples w/c are small so i know its not even 1 cup.Fuji is delicious and juicy i recommend it.about a cup of nuts mixed walnut and pecan, added some cinnamon as everyone suggested and the rest i followed the written recipe.and yeah i waited 20 minutes before taking it out of the baking pan and its perfect.Thank you so much for the recipe and thank you for all the reviews. It help a lot

Im a Filipino and proud that the #1 Filipino dish got a good reviews.Try to marinate the chicken with soy sauce and vinegar overnight or few hours before cooking. My mother always do this(marinate). It taste better.Me and my Filipino friend cook this and put a whole lot of onions and peppers. We both sniffing while eating coz its too spicy and thats the way we like it....
