Everytime I make these, they are GONE! I have some helpful hints for people...1. Dont let the caramel hit the sides when you pour it on, it will get hard. 2. Bake for 35 minutes & check the brownies closer to the edge for moist crumbs. If you check too close to the middle, you are just pulling hot caramel through & you wont see "crumbs". 3. Cut as soon as they are cool. I find if I wait too long to cut them, the edges become crispier (which is fine with me, because I prefer the edges). They are so good! Thank you for the recipe...it is my go to...especially for my co-workers!
