Cheese Soup with Broccoli

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2012
This recipe is an amazing base recipe. I used it just a couple minutes ago and made Veggie 'N' Cheese soup. If you've made sausage gravy or flour gravy in the past, this is pretty similar to that. (: You start out using the flour, butter, and milk like you would with gravy and you just make the broth seperate. & don't fret if you don't have onions. I used minced onion seasoning and just didn't let it sit for awhile. If you would end up doing that, you 'd end up with a black, burnt tasting substance that no one wants.

Bill's Sausage Gravy

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2011
I used this recipe just now. It turned out amazing, even though it was the first time I've ever tried my hand at it. Definitely a great recipe that's cheap and very easy to follow. (:

Extra-Easy Spinach Lasagna

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2011
Being a vegetarian, I really wanted to find a lasagna that I'd love and one that my carnivore family would love also. And this is it. It was amazing. The spinach gave it a unique taste. I didn't necessarily have all of the ingredients, so I improvised. When I pulled it out to put the cheese on top, I added Italian seasoning also. I'll definitely be using this recipe again.

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2011
I've been searching every where for a reciped that actually made chewy, soft cookies. Every other recipe that I'd tried always ended up being cakey. I absolutely hate cakey cookies. When I made these, though, they were absolutely perfect. I think I read that someone thought they were just like Subway cookies, and I absolutely agree. My sister and her friend really liked themt, too, which is saying something. I used mini chocolate chips instead of regular. They sort of tasted like a chocolate pretzel. Amazing. I will most definitely make these again. (:

French Toast Fingers

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2009
I used this recipe; but I didn't make the little sandwiches. I was a little worried, because I thought that without any sugar they would be bland. They have a lot of flavor though and taste so good by themselves . I'm definitely going to be trying this again. (:

I made these for my dad and my sister. I thought they were very good and the great thing was when my dad loved them so much he went back for seconds. He usually never eats eggs^-^
