Chicken Wild Rice Soup
Excellent soup! I had to substitute plain white rice due to a friend with a restricted diet, but otherwise, this made a delicious soup. The flavors & seasonings were perfect.

Easy Chicken Tetrazzini
Simple and delicious! My picky husband even liked it! I think next time around I will add a bit of powdered onion and garlic to boost the flavor a bit.

Zucchini Bread
Yum! This bread was so moist. Next time I will heavily grease the pan though as mine stuck to the bottom a bit. Also as a helpful tip, try tossing the chocolate chips in a bit of the flour so that they don't sink!
