Mom's Best Peanut Brittle

I made this as the recipe said and it was delicious! I also too the advice from another reviewer and kept the pan in the oven, just to keep it warm. The brittle spread very easily with no mess. I will definitely make this again. I think I may buy a Candy thermometer that hooks to the pan for the next time.

Apple Pie Muffins

I made this recipe just the way it states above and they came out perfect! (OK wait, I made the buttermilk substitute by taking 1T white vinager and filling the rest of the cup with milk... let stand 5 minutes) I will definitely make these often!

Bar-B-Que Sauce

I made this on the fly since I didn't realize I was out of BBQ sauce. I made it exactly as directed and it was amazing!
