This soup turned out great!!!! My son hasn't been eating vegetables lately, this was a good way to get him to eat them. I made this recipe, and added french bread and a nice salad with creamy italian dressing... It was a hit!!! There were noooooo left overs. My son made what he called soupwiches with the bread and the soup. I'd say this onw is a winner!
