Great recipe. Just what I was looking for, a substantial and healthy alternative to the granola bars I had been buying at the grocery store. I did substitue 1/2 c. applesauce for 1/2 of the oil. Decreased the brown sugar to 1/3 cup, added almonds, and increased the cinnamon to 1 tsp, with a pinch of alspice. Baked for 18-20 minutes. This is a keeper of a recipe -thanks for posting and sharing. I have also made it as is was written, both options are great. I have a hard time staying away from them.
