LOVED this!! Used as a side dish. I used thin spaghetti noodles, only about 1/2 T of ginger since I don't really like it, 2 tsp of Sriracha (wow, was it hot! But so good!!!), and skipped the green onions because I hate them. Oh, I skipped the peanuts too because I forgot them. I only used about 4 oz of noodles because this was a side. I'm glad I did, because I like a lot of sauce. I think it could get a bit too dry with too many noodles. I'll probably try this again and add some chicken to make it a main dish. Great recipe!
