Crumb-Coated Chicken Thighs

We make this all the time in our household. I sometimes use drumsticks instead. I'm not a fan of chicken breast, and this is one of my all time favorite ways to have chicken thighs or drumsticks!

Mediterranean-Style Chicken

So easy and tastes wonderful, added mushrooms and onion served it with orzo. I'm going to have greek salad alongside.

I make a very similiar recipe! I use an onion and fresh diced tomatoes in mine. I love it!

Red Potato Chicken

Definitely easy, but I think I will try a different dressing next time, it came out way too heavy on the vinegar. I may try diluting with chicken broth instead.
