Chicken Katsu
I was surprised at how good this was. I usually don't like chicken breast but the chicken was nice and moist. I recall when I was working at a take out place they marinaded the chicken before breading with panko so I was quite surprised at how tasty the katsu was without a marinade. We will try using a deep fryer next time to get the chicken to a nice crisp brown color. Recommend serving right out of the pan/fryer when nice and hot. It tastes best that way.

Double Tomato Bruschetta
I had to modify recipe only because I had use what I had on hand. I didn't have sun dried tomatoes or balsamic vinegar but it still came out delicious. Everyone loved it, no left overs on this one. I toasted bread as recommended by many reviewers. Yummy!

Savory Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
This recipe is delicious! I omitted the green onions and used a cheddar cheese mix I had left over from taco night. I also stuffed a couple of Roma tomatoes because I ran out of mushrooms and it was so good. This is a great way to use left over crab legs. I almost made a crab dip but I'm so glad I didn't. Thanks for the recipe!
