Super Good Marinade

I have to brag on my own marinade but try it; you'll love it. Set at least overnight or even two nights, and throw on the groill YUMMY. Also, I do use the Montrel Steak Seasonong as my seasoned pepper.

Thai Cucumber Salad

I read this Tuesday when it was one of the featured recipes of the day, and knew I HAD to make it that night. It was AWESOME!!!. I scaled it to two; casued thats all the cumcumers I had (althought I did keep the full amount of peppers and cilrento cause we love both). I sprinkled cumcumbers with salt, did not wait and just iadded everything else (a little less sugar), set in fridge while cooking my empanada's (about 10 minutes) and served. I wished I had more cucumbers, it was just delicious; and it was only two of us for two cumcumbers and we ate it all. Will use often, and next time throw in some tomatoes. SO Good and a MUST Try.

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

OMG - after reading this on the recipe buss - I am sitting at my desk dying to go home and make this stuff. It sounds great. I am taking one of the reviewers ideas and double the recipe, then use - 1 less egg; 1/2 cup more PB; and 1/3 cup less flour. I am going to bake them and them about 5 mintes before they are done, I am going to use the new MINI PB Cups (which are awesome by the way) and throw on top; then when it comes out; I will drizzle with PB and Chocolate. I cannot wait to try on vacation in three weeks.

Italian Butter

This was awesome. I left out frest garlic only because I made a big batch so as to have leftovers and was afraid with fresh garlic it would go bad. I only added black peppper but next time will use the red too. Yummy. OH also I just threw it all in my Magic Bullet and it was super easy.

Tomato Mozzarella Salad

I made this for dinner this week and it was awesome. I could not use fresh Basil, it looked aweful at the store, so I had to use dried, then I also made the Italian Butter mixture with Italian Bread so the two together was really good. I ended up pouring the Dipping bread sauce over the Salad too Yummy!!!. Plus, a freind is giving me fresh basil from her garden so I will make the real thing now. Thanks for sharing. Will make again.

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

This is so good; and easy too. I have made it several times and we always love it. Stores great in zip-lock baggies. I have done it with almonds, and also cashews. Also I have thrown in chocolate pieces on top after pouring it out while still warm. YUMMY

Perfect Summer Fruit Salad

I made this yesterday and it was the talk of the party. EVERYONE loved it. I did not change a thing. One change - I did not layer it but mixed it all together and it was so beautiful, mixed together. The syrup was great too. There were about 70 people at the Picnic and people kept coming back for more. I made it bigger than called for and it still went faster than anything else. A definite keeper!!! Wish I could give it more stars. I acutally cut up everything the night before except the banana, and even made the sauce the night before too. Then a few hous before I served it I tossed it together, then cut and added the banana. YUMMY

Zippy Summer Shrimp

This was awesome; I used frozen shrimp with just the tails attached; then defrosted the shrimp removed the tails before throwing in the pan. The lemon flavor was so good; with the 'zippy' flavor of the red pepper. Quick and easy too. Served with Brown Rice and veggie. Will definitely make again. Thanks.

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

I made this tonight for dinner and it was AWESOME! I served it over egg noodles and added a little more capers. I will make definitely again. Wish i could rate higher. One other change - because my chicken was still partely frozen I sliced into strips and sauted; etc. - PS - I did double the cream. YUMMY!!!

Overnight Blueberry French Toast

This dish is awesome!!! I have been making it for years; and its a special breakfast on our yearly trip to the Outer Banks. Make it the night before; and enjoy it in the morning. The syrup is also very delicious; bit I don't always make it to save calories, time and money;(I use a lite syrup) - but you can never go wrong with homemade syrup - it is wonderful. I also use whole wheat bread; skim milk and light cream cheese to make it a little healthier. ENJOY its a great company breakfast.

Mommy's Lemonade (Margaritas)

I use the same ingredents but different ratio. To much water - With my changes its 5 stars - I use the can of limeade; then add - half a can of tequila; half a can of T.S; and half a can of water. Pour over ice in a salt rimmed glass then add a little Ameretto. YUMMY

Holiday Roast Turkey with Herb Stuffing

I love my stuffing in the bird - but as a friendly reminder - Do Not stuff the turkey until you are ready to cook it. It cannot sit overnight in the bird - it can cause serious health issues.

Italian Amaretto Margaritas

I make one similiar to this but on the Rocks. I use the large can of frozen limeade - then use half a 'can' of water; half a 'can' of tequila; and then almost 1/2 'can' of triple sec. Pour over the 'rocks' then add a shot of the Ameretto. It's awesome. I usually use salt - but will have to try the sugar. Thanks. I want one now but am at work - dang it - LOL

Satiny Chocolate Glaze

This is the best glaze I have every made. I took a cake to work and was able to take the stuff for this glaze with me (measured out in baggies) and make it in the microwave at work. - I just brought a large size glass measuring cup and fixed it up in that. Then poured over the cake. - It's Easy, Quick, and REALLY Good!!!
