Awesome Broccoli-Cheese Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2012
Loved it..big hit with the family. I added 1/2 c of sour cream and 1/2 c mayo as suggested and it was great. I also didn't have cream of mushroom soup, so I used cream of celery..topped it with french fried onions and there were no leftovers.

Peach Cobbler II

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2008
Great Recipe, but I did make a few changes. I lessened the amount of water used to between 1 1/4c and 1 1/2 c. I also used 3/4c white sugar and 3/4 c brown sugar to sweeten the peaches.

Uglies

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2008
Excellent! I'm so glad I found this recipe. I made the meat as directed only lessening the amount of BBQ sauce to just moisten the meat. They were great, even my pickiest eater(my husband)liked them. I fried jimmy dean sausage in one pan and in another pan I cooked scrambled eggs, diced onion and diced green pepper seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. I filled one biscuit with this mixture. It was awesome I will make this instead of the frozen breakfast sandwiches. Thank you for this great recipe.

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2008
YUMMY!I will be making this again very soon. I added 6 to 7 cups of the beans pureed and 1 1/2 cups whole. I cooked a rotiserrie chicken in my slow cooker and used the broth.I used about 46 oz of broth. I left out the jalapeno peppers and cayenne pepper but used 3 cans of green chilies and 1 tsp of chili powder. I also added salt and pepper to taste. Besides using the monterey jack I also sprinked sharp cheddar on the top. Wonderful change from the traditional chili.

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2008
This was a great brownie recipe. I used only one egg. I also melted chocolate chips on the top, this made it to sweet though. Next time I will just drizzle chocolate on the top and try them with chunky peanut butter.

Mini Meatloaves

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2008
My family loved this recipe. The only request was to not coat some of them with the ketchup mixture. Some felt it was alittle sweet. Next time I will cut the brown sugar in half. I also added garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and a tsp of worcestershire sauce. They were great, especially heated up the next day. I also doubled the recipe for the meatloaf, not the topping. It made 8 mini loaves, the perfect size for one person.
